Next Generation ANZAC Biscuit Competition

Celebrate tradition and showcase your baking skills in this competition for emerging talent.

Open to passionate bakers aged 18 to 40, the competition centres around creating the iconic ANZAC biscuit while recognising creativity, skill and presentation.

The journey begins at your local show, with winners progressing through Sub Chamber competitions and ultimately to the State Final. Finalists will have their biscuits proudly displayed at the EKKA, showcasing some of Queensland’s best baking talent.
